Shipping & Returns

Artistic Impressions Canada Inc: Shipping & Returns policy.

Shipping.

Pre-framed items will be packaged and shipped within 5 days. Custom-framed items will be packaged and shipped within 15 days.

OVERSIZE shipping rates are applicable . Additional costs due to variances in packaging will be charged to your order.

Attention U.S. Customers: Enjoy the benefits of cross-border shopping! Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. A $100 item will only cost you approximately $85 U.S., and you pay no sales tax .

Please ensure that your order does not include artwork markedNOT for shipment to U.S.A.”

Return Policy.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.

Cancelled orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise to be eligible for a refund or equivalent store credit. Cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To begin the return process you must e-mail us at onlinestore@artisticimpressionscanada.com for a return authorization number.

Return the product in good condition in the container in which it was shipped to you. Returns must be insured for their full value. Insurance and return shipment expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

When we receive the product in good condition, we will credit your credit card, write you a cheque, or issue a store credit for the amount of the original purchase, less our shipping cost (unless it was our error).

Please, take care and ensure the returned print is not creased, folded, rolled improperly, or damaged in any way. Damaged or missing items may result in less than a full refund.
