Cancelled orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving the merchandise to be eligible for a refund or equivalent store credit. Cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return the product in good condition in the container in which it was shipped to you. Returns must be insured for their full value. Insurance and return shipment expenses are the responsibility of the customer. When we receive the product in good condition, we will credit your credit card, write you a cheque, or issue a store credit for the amount of the original purchase, less our shipping cost (unless it was our error).
